Role: Category Manager - Professional Services
Rate: Up to £70,000 plus benefits
Client: Major Consumer Health Organisation
Location: London (hybrid, 2 days per week)
An exciting opportunity for a Category Manager to shape and transform this FTSE 100 Consumer Health organisation's Procurement strategy and objectives.
You will join a disruptor in the Consumer Healthcare industry, who boast a vast portfolio of market-leading brands, and strive to be at the forefront of their field in technology and innovation. Sustainability is another key focus, with 2030 goals to significantly reduce carbon emissions, and ensure ingredients and packaging are sustainably sourced.
This role sits within Global Procurement, supporting a range of global, Professional Services subcategories, including Consultancy, Tax, Audit, People, HR, and Contingent Labour. You will business partner with senior stakeholders, to understand the detail around current processes and strategy. You will proactively identify innovative opportunities to reshape business operations and how Procurement interact with 3rd-party suppliers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' Procurement experience.
- Experience creating Category Management plans and Strategy.
- Ability to Business Partner with stakeholders to a senior level.
- Strong Supplier Relationship Management.
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities for innovation and value-add.
- Prior experience working a large, matrix organisation.
- Advantageous would be any previous experience within consultancy.
